1. Who we are
loveletter.digital ("we", "us") is operated by aimbelo. These Terms govern your use of the loveletter.digital website and service (the "Service").
2. What the Service does
loveletter.digital lets you write a personalized letter, add photos, and share it via a private link. Free letters are visible for a limited time and include a watermark. A single one-time payment unlocks your account permanently — removing the watermark and expiry on that letter and every letter you create afterward.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the text and photos you upload ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service (e.g. rendering your letter at its share link). You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use and share any photos or content you upload.
4. Prohibited use
Don't use the Service to upload illegal content, content you don't have rights to, or content that harasses, defames, or endangers another person. We may remove content or suspend access that violates this.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Polar.sh, our merchant of record. The one-time account unlock is generally non-refundable once your account has been unlocked, except where required by law. Contact support@loveletter.digital for billing issues.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that letters will remain available indefinitely (free letters expire; we take reasonable care with paid/permanent letters but cannot guarantee against all data loss).
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aimbelo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
